Why do people keep saying Kishi Nerfed Sasuke

Perfect analysis. Kishi has made it all too clear that this is his intention. Perhaps this will give us a clue into the future of the manga? They have to be equal once they deal with recreating the new Ninja World, right now I don't think is so crucial that they be equal.

Hashirama and Madara shows us what happens when the Yang is stronger than the Yin, which didn't end too well seeing as how this all ended up.

My guess using this as the thought process, I think either Naruto is going to have a reason to give up his power or Sasuke is going to unlock more of the Rinnegan (Maybe Sasuke isn't even revealing is whole hand either)

A 2nd Rinnegan was kinda foreshadowed and we never saw what his moon mark does all he is using is EMS techniques and an S/T.

nerf would imply that at one point he was stronger than he is now, which is not the case. so what they should be sayng is, he just didn't get the same boost in power as naruto did. which as we know is basically their problem with it. what they fail to realize is, naruto basically got 2 power-ups in one. they also assume that sasuke's eye is superior because of the tomoe. hogoromo and madara's rennigan are far better in my opinion.

If they were equal, Sasuke wouldn't have had to display both a superiority and inferiority complex when it came to Naruto. One doesn't have to be a Naruto fan to see that.

2. Shukaku didn't use a Bijuu Dama in that fight and by Madara's own statement, a PS atk is only on par with a bijuu dama. He was obviously saying a bijuu dama from any bijuu > a PS slash, no matter how wide or miniscule the gap is.

Madara saying "a bijuu" means any bijuu. Gamabunta couldn't handle taking Wind Bullets from Shukaku. And it's not even Shukaku's most devastating move.

still not a nerf, as that would imply that it never had such drawbacks. but as soon as he started using it, madara figured out the drawbacks. even without those limitations, it still wouldn't be enough to beat naruto. naruto would still have his superiour reflexes and speed to avoid said attacks from sasuke. a true nerf would have been if he didn't have those limitations and then suddenly 10 chapters later they are introduced, but thats not the case.

He used the Jutsu four times, quickly after eachover the chapter it was introduced. Why can't he use it four time before it has to cool down anymore? I wonder why.

No, Kishimoto has never portrayed Naruto and Sasuke as equals. You're full of shit. None of the rivals in this entire manga have ever been equals. One has always been stronger than the other.

It "rivals" as in it "compares" to the power of a bijū. That doesn't mean it's a strong, only a desperate fool would think so.

Shukaku's Bijūdama wipes away any Susanoo and its user. No problem whatsoever.

Hahaha, no, it isn't. The story is about Naruto, and Sasuke is just one of many supporting characters that adds to his story and pushes the plot forward, and as far as the Kaguya fight is concerned, Sasuke is a sidekick.
