Correct me if I'm mistaken, but, the seal is formed when the user has accumulated the required amount of chakra. When the person expends all that chakra the seal disappears (like when Tsunade protected the villagers.)

Then the user has to re-accumulate the chakra over time.

Is that correct?

Now when Obito was talking about switching dimensions, he clearly said Naruto clone and Sakura's chakras combined was "just barely enough" for a round trip to save Sasuke.

Does that not mean that Sakura was giving up ALL her chakra for the trip?

So shouldn't the seal be gone?

She had it when she Sasuke caught her and she had it last chapter,so we can't even say she lost it and re-accumulated some over time.

The seal has huge amount chakra and can get reformed easily as tsunade during pain arc and from few sec of chakra transfer by dad's kiss I think

As you can see Sakura is just tired and closed her eyes, she didnt pass out if she did then her eyes wouldnt be opened when Sasuke caught her. She accomplished a great feat of course she is tired.
