You'll find the scan when you look up what Obito says about the chakra levels being barely enough in the Viz translation.

The seal has huge amount chakra and can get reformed easily as tsunade during pain arc and from few sec of chakra transfer by dad's kiss I think

The fact that she didn't pass out doesn't mean she still has chakra. We've seen plenty of instances throughout the story and war arc where ppl have said they're out of chakra but they're still conscious and able to walk around.

That seal specifically stores chakra. So why is it still there is she used it all up as is implied by Obito's statement?!

Yes she does that many times meaning she will give him everything she has to accomplish the task but that still doesnt mean she used it all up.

Yeah but she didn't completely pass out for days like Tsunade she was conscious when Sasuke caught her, hence why she still has the seal.

Her and Tsunade are two different people. Sakura seal is more versitale than Tsunade's, ( because Tsunade uses her chakra to look young)
Sakura also is a bit better at chakra control than Tsunade, I think so, she didn't use any hand seals to activate her seal.
And Sakura has about 1/3 of the chakra left.

doesn't Tsunade still have her seal after saying she has no chakra left?.....so maybe they may have just a small protion of chakra left

From the wiki:
"After using the chakra from the Strength of a Hundred Seal, if there is any leftover chakra, Tsunade and Sakura may use it to re-form the seal."

No chakra = death

Tsunade used up her chakra here but was still able to reform the seal.

The seal only takes 3 years to form i believe but can be reformed easily with a little chakra. Also it doesn't have to be full to be visible.
