Not by feats. In fact, they aren't even close in terms of power. Kishimoto has to realize this too, it's obvious even to the most hardcore Sasuke fans, so it's either he decided to just make Naruto the stronger one, period, or Sasuke has yet to show his full power.

Danzo's summon was increasing the power of his wind techs though,I could see Naruto's FRS destroying Sasuke's Susanoo but not him at the same time.

True, Danzō used Bakū to immobilise Susanoo and strengthen his vacuum-based jutsu, however FRS is hands down the strongest Fūton technique in the Narutoverse. MS Sasuke's Susanoo wouldn't have survived one of those, and even if it did by some miracle, Sasuke wouldn't be dead already or on death's door, because the chakra needles would've penetrated and him directly.

It's not a fact. It's just your assumptions which turns into an opinion, and so far you have a stupid opinion. It's not a fact that SM Naruto is stronger than MS Sasuke and given Naruto's words in the manga, I would be inclined to believe that Naruto is weaker.

In my opinion, I've always felt that the Sasuke who fought Danzo was slightly stronger than the Naruto that fought Pain.
Dawg, that wind attack didn't even destroy Sasuke's V3 Susano'O. It just pushed it back.
Susano'O can tank most of Naruto's attacks. The FRS destroys V1 susano'O. Sasuke's V3 and V4 will tank it, no problem. Naruto can't even spam FRS in SM unless he has the Kyubi which he doesn't.
Naruto can avoid Amaterasu, but Amaterasu has the ability to spread and destroy multiple clones. Sasuke can also control those black flames thereby killing his clones and his summons.
Rasengan barrage is useless against ribcage Susano'O, let alone V4.

Baku can be countered by Fire which Sasuke has and did against Danzo.
Pain was able to dodge FRS and he's not even known for having speed. If Naruto throws an FRS then Sasuke has two options.
A) He can use his V4 Susano'O (Complete Susano'O) to survive or tank the initial attack.

Naruto in SM only has 2 FRS Shurikens before he runs low on energy and starts to fatigue.
Sasuke doesn't have to rely on his susano'O all the time because he will hold his own for a while. Basic Chidori attacks will come in handy at times when Sasuke wants to preserve his chakra. If Sasuke tries or manages paralyze Naruto, then it's over.
3T Sasuke can handle basic evasion, dodging and CQC. Frog Kata's are direct close contact which is useless against Sasuke who has Chidori Nagashi with precog to help aid in sneak attacks.
As I said before, FRS won't destroy V4 Susano'O, let alone kill Sasuke. You seem to be inclined to believe that Sasuke will just stand inside his Susano'O and look at the attack when he could easily use Amaterasu and distract Naruto.
It all comes down to survival. Naruto came into the Leaf village, and spammed a few fodder Odama Rasengans on Pains Summons and then used two FRS Shurikens which resulted in his SM chakra running out. He ended up having to defend himself from Pain's attacks due to using up his chakra on only two attacks. Pretty sad, and mind you this was a SM Naruto who had no other battles prior to this.
Sasuke stormed into the Kage summit, attacked a few samurai with basic Chidori Katana. Fought against Ei and used Enton release and Ribcage Susano'O. Then he used V2 Susano'O to block Gaaara, Kankuro, Temari and Darui's attacks at once. After that he escaped and met with Mei who used his Susano'O. even longer. The side effects kicked in and he lost to Onoki. Karin healed him but he wasn't at 100% mind you, and then he faced against Danzo. He spammed Susano'O for the whole duration on the fight and even used Amateraus on top of that.
Tobi even stated that he would tire out but Sasuke was still pushing. He ended up deceiving Danzo with a weak Genjutsu resulting in his downfall. Not only that but he ended up going farther and preserving into an even longer battle with Kakashi by awakening a V4 Susano'O and then clashing techs with a fresh Naruto which collided equally.
It's obvious who would last longer in this fight as Naruto can't last more than 5 minutes with more than 2 attacks without running out of energy.
Since Naruto is not a complete Jinchuriki then Sasuke could also trap Naruto in a Genjutsu like with Danzo, and then strike him with an Amaterasu to the face GG. Sasuke has more chances to win than not.
