After all the talk in Part 1 about making your own destiny and not letting yourself be controlled by fate, it turns out that Naruto himself is someone automatically “destined for greatness”. What a crock of shit to introduce at this point in the series after driving home the importance of deciding your own fate.
Remember when Naruto fought Neji? But yet Jiraiya said Naruto was the Child of Prophecy?

Now onto Part 2 with the Asura and Indra garbage. You could say Naruto himself is controlled by fate.

Can't tell if Naruto is about creating your own fate or being apart of fate.

He can also probably speak to Indra and Ashura and get them to GET OUT OF NARUTO AND SASUKE AND MOVE ON WITH IT! (I can't stress how much I want this to happen). I also have a theory about how Naruto can become Biijuu free and still live. But I can't be bothered to make a thread about it.
