Seeing the opponent releasing a huge wind blast, Edward quickly channels his fire chakra into his mouth and releases it outside of his mouth in form of a huge fire ball which would collide with wind technique bursting out in flames and soon being dispersed. Immediately after that, Edward notices a water torrent heading towards him and without much thinking, quickly channels his earth chakra beneath his feet and causes a pillar to rise helping Edward to boost himself into the air causing the water torrent to simply go forwards without a target. When he boosted himself, Edward launches his opponent in a Genjutsu where he would totally turn blind by altering his vision sense and quickly throws a explosive tag towards him at his hand causing it to explode.

" - Since the techniques requires clouds, that technique does not even happen. And did I mention my previous post description as you were in short-range? If so, forgive me, I was sleepy that time xD

When Edward saw his opponent raising his hand up in the air, he had a slight hunch on what it could be so he makes himself ready for any attack. Then he suddenly saw the ground to see a shadow and looks up to see a lightning bolt heading towards him. In a swift moment, Ed swings his arm around upwards releasing a wave of wind which would collide with the lightning technique canceling it. Then Ed channels his raw chakra into the opponent's mind and alters his sight of vision in such a way that snakes appear out of the ground and start rotating around constricting him, immobilizing him while causing some damage to his mind. While the snakes seem to appear in the "opponent's eyes", Ed channels his earth chakra beneath the opponent's feet and manipulates it to rise several earth spikes to protrude through the opponent and then finally pierce through his heart killing him. Just in case the opponent would start to escape it, Ed would have thrown a explosive tag towards him by seeing the way he would move.

With this move being the final, the battle had reached it's climax. I present this battle to -Cobalt- sensei who is the person to judge on who will become a senpai of us two. Alright, sorry for the delay, school and stuff has me busy. I read the fight and I must say it was a nice read. Both of you did okay, but it could have been better. While Excalibur was more on the offensive then Best, Best had more creative and more correct counters from his side. I have a feeling that Excalibur lacks a bit of knowledge on the technique department which is kind of a no no if you want to be a sempai. I give this win to Best. Good fight both of you, I hope you guys meet again in battle with more experience.
