..My clone quickly use:
(Raiton: Aian Itten no Yoroi) - Lightning Release: Ion Particle Armor

Chakra Cost: 55 (+20 each turn active)
Damage Points: - (-40 to the user when armor is activated, -5 damage per turn, whilst active, +20 to all Lightning Jutsus, -10 from any Lightning Jutsu)
Description: The user gathers all positive electrically charged Ions in the nearby enviroment, creating an ultimate armor of Lightning that is capable of rejecting all positive and negative electrons that are coming in touch with them.The user's speed increases to Lee's 3rd Gate speed and his general competence in Lightning attacks increases.Each turn the armor is active, the ions zap the user's skin causing discomfort while he moves around.The first time the armor is activated, it slightly burns the surface of the skin.
- Once the armor is deactivated, it cannot be activated for the rest of the battle.
- May be teached only by Shigure.

...blocking your Lightning Release: Kirin also due to the speed my clone gain he appear next to your lighting clone and stab him in the neck also at the same time my other clone use:

...sending a shock wave under the earth destroy anything under the earth which u could be hiding in because we already destroy all the trees due to my wind jutus in one of my other post

@ axle for future reference when u use chidori and kirin it happens at the same time so there is no need to worry about the opponent, blocking or interrupting it.
and @ axle and itachi if someone preps for kirin in one turn and plans to use it there next , u should kill them with it during yours as anyone can use the environment to their advantage.

I do not believe you can use their clouds on your turn for kirin since technically it has only been half a turn. 1 full turn is 2 of your move sets and 1 of the opponents.

thats not true the only requirement to use kirin is that great dragon fire has been used. and if you can use your opponents water source u should be able to do the same with their heat and electricity sources (ragnaroc said it)
