Yes, it does. What Sasuke did was nothing but pure raw footspeed. Sasuke was always known to be fast, it shouldn't be a shock that he did it with raw footspeed.

First of all, that was a terrible analogy. You haven't given me 1 manga page this whole debate to support your arguments. All you have done so far was deny absolute Manga facts. You had no main argument.
