you also have to remember who those speed feats are coming against. early part 2, most likely people who got speed blitzed where on the slow side. the later it happens though, the better the speed blitz should be evaluated. thats just my opinion anyway. but naruto has superior speed feat. his footspeed is comparable to s/t feats.

Sasuke wasn't in any special mode and didn't use a special jutsu to blitz Madara, meaning he was in base. Madara even said "you're quite fast aren't you Sasuke" meaning he Sasuke is still fast even without using his S/T. Him having Hagaromo's chakra means nothing because he wasn't using an special technique to blitz Madara.

Now show me a base Naruto doing a speed blitz.

That's because he doesn't have any special modes, you dummy. Although, he does have eyes activated during that time ( like always) therefore, he wasn't on base. If he was on base mode, then his eyes should've been deactivated that time. How does that even mean that he was still fast without using his S/T? LOL WTF! Madara doesn't even fully understand Sasuke's S/T yet. LMAO!

Naruto blitzed her slightly after Sasuke was out of the picture and did it again just a couple of chapters ago. And in both occasions, it was almost w/o effort and required absolutely no aid of a s/t jutsu to do it with. Just plain, raw speed.

I mentioned special modes so your buddy could get some sort of understanding of what "base" is. When Sasuke blitzed Madara is was pure footspeed. You have nothing to prove me otherwise.

And like I said before you're taking what Madara said out of context. Just before that scene Madara was starting to understand Sasuke's ability while flying out of his range. If he knew he was out of Sasuke range what other reason would he have to compliment Sasuke's speed? Simple his footspeed.

He was SPECULATING. Just like games or anything out there. Let's just say that they release a teaser trailer of some sort. Then people starts to theorize what the content or actual thing on that teaser trailer. How many people would be correct if the teaser was only 5 seconds long? That's like 1 to 100.
