s/t or not, Naruto is faster. Sasuke had at least 2 attempts at Kaguya with his jutsu and struck out cold. Naruto had the exact same amount of attempts and blitzed her almost effortlessly.

I disagree, s/t puts sasuke ahead of naruto, I like the fact that all the time sasuke used his s/t to try and blitz her, she uses her s/t but she doesnt even think about using it on naruto so take that into account

Sasuke wasn't in any special mode and didn't use any special jutsu to blitz Madara, meaning he was in base. Madara even said "you're quite fast aren't you Sasuke" meaning Sasuke is still fast even without using his S/T. Him having Hagaromo's chakra means nothing because he wasn't using an special technique to blitz Madara.
