Naruto or Sasuke better speed blitz?

Who takes the crown at speed blitzing between these two? Not including part 1 and also not including shift jutsu. Just simple shunshin blitz

My opinion. Sasuke use to be better at blitzing early on in part 2 but he stopped when he got susanoo. Naruto on the other hand doesn't have any blitzing feats towards the early stages of part 2 but now he's blitzing left and right. All together I believe naruto is better at blitzing with sasukes shifting and without it.

Also for those who will get mad for not adding shift jutsu. This is about foot speed but naruto is still superior all together.

If I missed a speed blitz(I'm sure I did) of either character please just post it

we know shit about hiruzen prime ..... the only thing we know is that he was godlike in his prime

since old & rotten hiruzen = tobirama (speed wise)
so prime hiruzen = kaguya > naruto > sasuke > minato > gai > tobirama
