Lets say for some reason i buy your theory and all its glory. Let me ask you this wise Sensei.

If the 3rd taught Minato FTG, why doesnt he teleport his own behinde? Why doesnt he rasengan a few fodders?

Four people knew the rasengan, one of them had a good eye, so he copied it. The other two learned it. And the other one created it. None of those four is Hiruzen.

So please, think before you write stuff that makes us feel sorry for you.

FTG is an uzamaki technique and rasengan was created by minato using tbb as the catalyst.

Considering Minato can be a dunce at times. I couldn't imagine him learning FTG on his own...

Hiruzen knew all the jutsu of the village so its only logical to say that Prime Hiruzen taught Minato FTG and Rasengan

Hiruzen wasn't even prime when Minato was a Genin, he was Prime when Jiraiya/Orochimaru/Tsunade were Genins and Tobirama died when Hiruzen was a teenager so that's over 40 years since Tobirama been dead and Minato was never said to be trained by Hiruzen

Minato taught himself FTG and he learned Rasengan by copying the Tailed beast bomb process. for all we know he learned FTG from the forbidden scroll that Naruto learned shadow clone from (it was Tobirama's jutsu which Naruto found in the scroll).

kushina helped him... i believe ftg is done by using a sealing tech to do a space/time tech... and rasengan was conceived by observing the bijuu dama... so kushina, an uzumaki and a ji'ki, most probably is the one who helped minato...
