In terms of attacks and usage of attacks, Naruto seems to be the most powerful one-dimensional fighter in the series. That's not to say he's weak by any means or is weaker than Sasuke.

In terms of attacks and frequency he has only used the following attacks. Note there is a difference between power-modes like Sage mode and the attacks that he uses.

Shadow Clone Jutsu variants
Rasengan variants
Rasenshuriken variants
Guodama's

Though he has varied uses and is versatile, it doesn't change the fact that it all goes back to the fundamental moves

Whereas Sasuke over here has done the following
Chidori variants
Swap-Rinnegan
Amaterasu
Blaze Release
Susanoo
Susanoo-Enton combo
Proficiency in Genjutsu (though not at Itachi's level)
Actually use Substitution Jutsu
Kirin (separate from Chidori mainly because of it's AOE)

Granted most of his abilities stem from the sharingan at least it's more diverse than Naruto's attacks. Opinions?

Sasuke solo naruto if kishi stops his power restriction

Uhm... Duh? Why restrict Naruto's power, in the end in their battle we ALL know, no matter how much everyone wants
to deny it that they'll both end this out in a draw (more or less) and get back on with their lives.

OP you're right. He is, still on a totally different level than the Naruto we used to know.

Blaze release is noting but an amaterasu variants...... Similarly susano enton is nothing new from susano...... Its like saying naruto uses shadow clone rasengan (a clone using rasengan)....

P.S. I agree that sasuke's attacks are more diverse...

A lot of these are either used once or hardly used. I'm talking about in terms of frequency in all his battles. Also I was kinda going towards more attacks instead of given abilities like sensing

I don't see how it is one-dimensional. It's not like Naruto is restricted to only fighting in close combat or whatever. I would considered taijutsu specialist that lack a ranged move one-dimensional, and possibly puppeteers since they lack close combat skills. Maybe I'm thinking of one-dimensional differently...
