Naw I been with it since day 1. Can't remember every details like you. Beside I didn't like this part of the war, so many lame ass fights at the time. XD
So negative emotion sensing, a ability that Kurama has and naruto gained access to after entering chakra mode. Tobi said it a ability that uzumaki clan can use. I think sasuke's visual prowess can do the same. Im not talking about genjutsu or reading chakra. Just a simple analyzing skill. Didn't sakura figured out that some of them ninjas are zetsu too?

She found out because the fake neji gave himself away when assuming that tonton was a person, and I think visual prowess can't tell because Sasuke had like 4zetsu implanted on him and he didn't even know it.

ah obitio implanted them when sasuke was half dead after his battle with itachi so again he wouldn't have notice and implanted more during the eyes surgery. If sasuke had use his lightning style to wake up in the morning like in the movie bonds, them zetsu would've popped out of him. XD

Naruto is more versatile. Despite only having 3 core attacking moves, i.e rasengan, tbb and chakra arms, he has many variants of it that cover many scenarios in battle. He's tweaked them to be effective for long range combat, close range, blowing up , cutting, sealing etc.
Sasuke has 5 core jutsus ie. susano, amaterasu, fire style , chidori and kirin. But Sasuke has limited options in the use of those jutsus.
Sasuke can't modify any of his jutsus to seal for instance, nor he can blow up 10,000 enemy soldiers with one move. So despite having less diverse moves, Naruto is actually more versatile.
