I dont think we with our bellies warm with food can answer that. One has to truly face the hunger to be able to answer it ...... and starvation is one of the worst way to die: a slow death when your own body basically devours itself.

I could probably eat humans except for the organs if I wanted to, whether it's a question of survival or not.
