When he got pieces of all the Tailed Beasts I assumed he would at least have small lightning ability, considering Killer B used Lightning Style and he had 8 tails.

But looking at this scan, it's difficult to tell if there is Lightning Style going on at all in there. It seems like, instead of a lightning RasenShuriken, there is a Black Ink rasenshiruken instead.

But if Gudoudama (which BZ said Naruto has) is the combination at least 4 Nature transformations, then does Naruto have every other nature except lightning?

Well Lightning Style was Killer Bee's natural element obviously. I'm pretty sure Naruto
still doesn't have that style. But every other KKG gained from the Tailed Beasts he has, well..
In reverence to Rasengan at least.

The one style naruto probably can't use even in conjunction with the tailed beast's affinities is lightning style. I wonder if it has something to do with sasuke have lightning style and maybe making naruto to not have that unique aspect of sasuke.

Lightning is the strongest of all of them...well black lightning anyways. It beat TBB rasengan Narudo did back then. EDIT: Supposedly wind > lightning, but every time Sasuke ties with Narudo...even when he was blind, but he beat him with black lightning chidori.

I'm really hoping that's it. Sasuke is a beast with lightning and if I remember correctly Indra was also mentioned to use lightning in his attacks.

Because Naruto has all the Tail Beast and their powers,Naruto can now use all the elements, so yes Naruto can use Lightning style jutsu and fire the two elements Sasuke has.
