None of the Beasts have a Lightning Affinity.

The 7 Tails could have Lightning Release. The Rasen Shuriken to the right of the Ink RS reminds me of the Gale style (Raiton + Suiton) used by Darui. But who knows...

Naruto has affinity to wind. Lightening affinity is not in his bag but tailed beast can give him all 5 nature transformations - may be but not so sure.

Killer B's lightning style is his chakra nature, just like how Sasuke has fire and lightning, Killer B just has lighting. Killer B's lightning style has nothing to do with the 8 tails

Lightning is the strongest of all of them...well black lightning anyways. It beat TBB rasengan Narudo did back then. EDIT: Supposedly wind > lightning, but every time Sasuke ties with Narudo...even when he was blind, but he beat him with black lightning chidori.

Normal Rasengan doesn't uses Wind style. U_U

If Naruto uses Wind Rasengan, he would stomp Sasuke easier.
