When he says ''outlast'', he means as in; wait 'till Incursio puts too much strain on Tatsumi's body because of prolonged use and releases itself. It could work if Akame was capable of fastening the strain with her attacks, but considering her attacks aren't strong at all since they are only sword strikes, it won't work so yeah Tatsumi wins.

Shura, Budo and the minister are still just hype for me right now. Also suu is a teigu, that's like listing Koro.
Why do you rank Susanoo two times though...? Just rank him at his strongest and done. No need to rank MM and base Suu individually.

3) Bolic Arc Esdeath
4) Jaegers Arc Syura
5) MM Susanoo
6) Jaegers Arc Kurome
7) Bolic Arc Seryu
8) PA Dr. Stylish
9) Izou
10) DW Run
11) Champ
12) Wild Hunt Arc Wave
13) Bulat
14) Lubbock
15) Enshin
I know some spots may seem weird, but I include hype when ranking characters in AgK mainly because hype usually, if not every time is true in AgK. So if Izou really is stronger than Champ, Enshin, Cosmina combined then yeah, I rank him above DW Run/Wild Hunt Arc Wave. Reason why Champ is so high because I'm including all his orbs and not just the three orbs he used in the manga since the other three orbs have been revealed in the databook.
Just my opinion though. Not saying anyone else has to rank them this way.

Susano'o is an actual character though. Even if he is a Teigu. Heck, there's even a manga page where it's written ''More human than humans themselves'' for Suu.

Wave didn't give a shit about stylish going with this scan.
Bors death hurt Wave the most he was a family man(guile reference). He wasn't really fond with Seryuu cause she's a retard but she a teammate and the end of the day. Wave is a nice guy you must be really awkward to be around with for Wave not to care about your death(Stylish you fugit).
