As for scaling, they all look the same size to me.

It's not an exact copy. He copied the way he formed it but Kakashis susanoo is his own. The designs are completely different. No weapons = it's trash offense.

And about sizes, madara's PS which was showed against the kage is clearly bigger than any other PS
Sasuke's ps cut cut but when it comes to real combat ,kishi trolled it so much like he did with madara,I mean in the last chapter, shouldn't the shokewave of PS sword cut kaguya before it makes contact with her ?why did kaguya evaded it like it was a normal sword?

If you say so, I Still think sasuke's susano'o would get shat on by shinsuusenju, So would any susano'o infact. But in my own opinion, sasuke's hasn't got the same raw power madara has, don't get me wrong I don't like bashing any character, but that's what I think so...
