Kakashi can throw Kamui like it's shurikens, that's the most powerful offense and defense power a Susanoo has lol (Yata and Totsuka are not Susanoo base powers, they are weapons Itachi found so is not a power his Susanoo was created with). Madara would have the best PS if he wasn't nerfed by Kishi, Madara was using Susanoo pre Juubi Jin when he was blind and when he had 1 eye yet never used it as the Juubi Jin. The Sage chakra is what let Sasuke and Kakashi PS fly so Madara PS would top both thanks to the Juubi chakra powering it up.

When did Sasuke's PS use arrows? He used it before PS but not in PS as far as I remember so take that out until he actually uses it and his Susanoo does have enton, Sasuke have to use that separately so Sasuke have armored, wings, double swords.
