In truth, they have merely assumed a form that mimics rain. Fast movements and physical contact with others may reveal the user

Now send a wave of chakra to the clouds while making the handseals
*shows handseals*
With your chakra, make a rain drop even denser and shape it like a knife or a senbon, something sharp.

I then control the rain drops with my chakra and make them charp as a needles falling in the sky

Description: The user manipulates their chakra to condense a single raindrop into a more solid form. The raindrop becomes as sharp as a blade. The disadvantage to this jutsu is that the raindrop falls in a straight line.

Now do the same thing again (wave of chakra to the clouds), do the handseals

And when the rain drops that are filled with your chakra hit hte ground, make then to turn into spikes. This only works if there is some water on the ground.

Now send another wave of chakra to the clouds, condense teh rain drops and shape them like a spear. You can call it down when you want (you have 2 turns to do this)

you can call the spear to come down in 2 turns, if you dont do that inside those 2 turns the spear will fall as normal rain.
