Naruto has a portion of Ichi-Hachibi + half of the Kyuubi. He also has half of old Hagoromo's power. "Ashura's power" is his own as he is a transmigration.

I still wouldn't call it close, he's short by quite the margin. The Bijuu are chakra so they can manifest their "full forms" regardless, but 671? That's where they were pulled out of the mazou and gained their full forms, correct? Madara proceeded to recapture them in the Mazou, so Naruto still only had those small portions. Regrowing parts is because of the Yang release sage mark.

If by wrecked you mean enabling himself to get the second Rinnegan; then yes, he was.

Kaguya is stronger, and looks slighty more evil(Only compared to Jin Madara, Every other madara Shitstomps in this category), but madara wins in every other category, due to Kaguya being pretty much an evil looking powerhouse.

In a strait up fight, Madara would probably win after she proved that women aren't all fodders. He would then remove the n't, Since she has no feats of regeneration, so cutting her head of would work.

Wrecked? He got sliced in half because he was focused on retrieving the rinnegan before it got destroyed by Sakura.

Madara has the better personality. Kaguya is stronger. I like Madara's appearance and character design better.
