How do you think pain compares up to itachi?


And when I am not talking about edo itachi or edo nagato just incase. I am talking about when pain and itachi died how do you think these two individuals match up to each other.

I would really love to see a fight between them. Itachi is just so smart and good its hard to imagine him losing sometimes or going down easily

Sadly no. Itachi has no counter to Animal Path. Jiraiya has boss summons of his own, Itachi doesn't. Itachi gets overwhelmed pretty quickly.

The 6 Paths of Pain is simply too much for an alive, sick Itachi. Nagato beats him as well, though it would be closer than against the Paths.
