The damage of this genjutsu will be caused by the feeling that the opponent has of being constantly hit by needles, wich go deeper and hurt even more as the time passes. Soon enough, the needles turn into acid, and will give the user the feeling of having is flesh desintegrated, and that they're just bone.
*this jutsu is not avoidable by chakra. The opponent must feel a great physical pain (not just stab himself or break a finger) or hurt the user*
