ebi Sasuke & Kimimaro should take both scenarios.
Hebi Sasuke is capable of taking them both down, but he needs Kimimaro to distract the other while he does this, which shouldn't be too much of a problem. If he goes for Tsunade, he should be able to off her in a relatively short amount of time (while Kakashi is being pressured by Kimimaro). Hebi Sasuke outclasses Tsunade by a fairly large margin in almost every aspect. He's much faster, will NEVER get tagged, and has the ability to nullify Byakugo via decapitation w/ his raiton flow Kusanagi. She's basically a sitting duck to someone who kept pace with Itachi and possess highly advanced shunshin that dwarfs her own. She is outmaneuvered and diced to bits. Honestly if Sasuke decides to coat his blade in lighting and run at her swinging there isn't much she can do to stop it. They tag team Kakashi after Tsuande is dealt with. Should Kimimaro die in his skirmish with Kakashi, Sasuke goes CS2 and ends the copy ninja as well.
Not much changes with scenario 2, except the difficulty at which Sasuke & Kimimaro win.

Shikamru and Ino take this one hands down because if you watch closely Itachi's amaterasu will counter any justsu Pein has to offer.

the supposed justification for everything itachi did was supposed to be giving him love and peace. but all itachi did was send sasuke headlong into more blood and more war. the opposite of what a pacifist should want for their only younger brother
i give sasuke credit all the time. im confident in sasukes inherent strong will, good heart and determination.
im confident he would not have turned to evil had it not been for continuous years of torture loneliness, brutal beatings and manipulations by itachi and eventually, orochimaru. orochimaru promsing power was the hook that finally dragged sasuke down but he came to that decision because of itachi torturing him twice.
give BZ some credit. if he wants something done, its getting done. all he would really have to do is twist nagato into invading konoha. he didnt have to rely on fugakus coup

yes they do. shisui is one of the mightiest and most powerful ucihas and he was born into a world relatively at peace, resulting in shisui being a kind and forgiving man.
uchihas awake their true power through trauma. fine. but why sacrifice sanity and happiness for power? if itachi loves sasuke he wouldnt send him headlong into war via manipulating him into seeking revenge and power. thats not how pacifists behave.
so he only wants a weapon then? he would sacrifice anything and anyone as long as he has his little puppet weapon to throw at konohas enemies?
if i knew my beloved sister had some great power sleeping in her but she had to go through terrible suffering to access it, and likely go insane along the way, id be disgusted with myself for even considering it and would try my best to put her happiness and kindness first, and strength second.

well maybe but the general procrastination of the advancement of the chakra nodes for development in the mind of a young ninja, when it coincides with the progression of killin inent from others, especially in the same village has an adverse effect of the psycology of the kid to the extent that he would kill his own family members so that he could protect his brother. this shows how much naruto trained to beat sasuke, meanwhile sakura tried to master medical jutsu. and while gaara was becoming kazekage, killer b was probably rapping somewhere in amegakure so itachi the pacifist is gay. manga facts.
