[Discussion] Is the anime reliable enough?

13:23-13:25 you see tobi close up, specifically his eye.

Either the artists couldn't be bothered or it is "dark" and cannot see his sharingan.

Is this a hint by the animators from Kishi that the sharingan isnt transplanted? It can be turned off, meaning he is definitely blood Uchiha?

I was thinking exactly the same thing. And really, I think by now it's safe to say that in some way he has enough control over it for that to be correct. Although, I dont think that necessarily means he is blood related - Maybe he has reached the state of immortality, and has had it for such a long time he has mastered it - Thus being able to prove either existence of madara or someone else - I do think that was /suppose/ to be in there though and that it does relate to the manga.

He hasnt yet.

Other than him saying he is Madara we have no proof. Now thats not to say that he isnt - the OP was trying to make a connection between the anime and the manga and if it's reliable.

Don't call someone dumb for making a connection you cannot, that's just plain rude

Ugh...I read the manga, i know it is Madara, but that doesnt change the fact that the manga has never shown tobi with a deactivated eye, the anime has.

Does the anime count?

Anime and Manga are same, but anime is full of fillers. so when ur looking for clues and hidden facts or what ever else, serch it in manga, couse anime is drawn/made not by Kishi

Tobi is Madara, its what Kishi wants us to belive, nobody can prove anything...so lets just wait till kishi takes off his mask would be surprise. u cant say his not, coues u cant prove else

wee see in a other episode where pain got the order to take the 9th tales before tobi disiper we see the he dont have the sharingan there for he is a uchiha
