part 1: land of waves arc, I think the last episode is 19 or 20, very emotional, too bad the following anime episodes/manga chapters won't have more scenes like that. "Real" (well as real as you can get in Naruto) ninjas, not DBZ and power of friendship no jutsu.
part1: chuunin exam, especially hinata vs neji, lee vs gaara, naruto vs neji
part1: konoha attack: fight vs 3rd and the first 2 hokages.
162 where Pain uses shinra tensei, awesome as ****, the pain arc in shippuden is the best in my opinion
322 has nice fighting scenes, it has some bad animation in a couple of scenes but some are just epic, especially when Madara grabs an explosive kunai in mid air and in just a second he rips off the explosive tag, throws the kunai at someone then blocks a punch and puts the tag on another guy and kicks that guy back in the crowd of ninjas and he goes boom
sas*gay vs bee because... well it's obvious
the episodes where Kushina is revealed to Naruto, I think around shippuden 248.
every scene with pain, itachi, bee and other awesome characters. Also the recent fight itachi vs kabuto, I don't remember the episodes though. Probably 330 or something.
