Based on everything we've seen, how is he overrated? And how is Kuma that strong? Mihawk would cut him in half before his fruit can come close to sending him into outer space.. Whose to say he can't imbue haki into his sword and block kumas attack?

I wouldn't consider him overrated considering he's never received a single scratch during the entire series.

and that's why hes overrated. he has fought shanks multiple times and still hasn't beaten him yet im pretty sure he got hit in those fights.

doflamingo is afraid of aokiji and admiral. sabo is fights 1v1 evenly with an admiral you do the math.

He is extremely fast you're right. But at the end of the day, I think you're overrating Kuma and underestimating Mihawk. He hasn't even been touched at this point. Unless Kuma was second in command for the revs prior to becoming an experiment, I don't see him being that strong.

2./3. Hard to say. He may lose to Hancock or may even beat Doflamingo. I doubt he could beat Kuma though.

PS: The underestimation of Hancock is surprising. She can use Emperor's Haki! And she has been acknowledged by even Sengoku. Her personality is somewhat childish, but her strength can't be underestimated. I guess the late Sabo hype is to be blamed.

We know that he's definitely not above Sabo,It is more than enough to say that Sabo > Kuma unless u can bring me a proof which suggests that kuma is no:2 of RA before Sabo.

Kuma is obviously more powerful than mihawk:
*What if he sends Mihawk to some Volcano or other dangerous places and remains tossing him up from one dangerous place to the other? Obviously Mihawk can't do a thing after being hit.

* You might ask What if Kuma is hit by Mihawk? I must say, Chances of win of Kuma fighting against Mihawk is very high as he can teleport easily.

Kuma would be hardest to beat.

By what we have seen till now from Sabo, is that he always steps at level 5. Maybe he can beat 6 extreme diff.
