Yeah, kind of does. I began whistling when I saw the lightning starting to emit from your body. You don't gain that incredible speed instantly like you think you can. So basically, I used the jutsu as you were using yours. Before you got uber fast and powerful.

I completely agree. Thanks for your opinion, Emp. And to top it all off, he had just barely finished completing the jutsu. In addition, it's not like he knows where they chains are coming from, anyway. Element of surprise. I just don't think he has the time required, either.

Note: this all this occurs within the time frame of 3 seconds.

Summary: as your lightning chains come I dodge them. due to my raikage armor amplifiying my reflexes to the absolute limit. while i dodge i throw the kunai which meets yours closer towards you (since my reflexes allow me react quicker to it) deflecting it. this allows me to finish my previous moves. and as i run at you I use. thunder emperor to amplify my lightnings power even more and the vibrating lightning to increase its power. once i reach you. My fist destroys God Realm and sends him flying dead from the impact of my fist. My arms then swing up and the sheer power of my Force Wave obliterates all in range.

320 damage is no effin joke. and there would be no way you could react in that time frame of less then 3 seconds.

You cannot just say "I block the attack", you have to describe how you block it by describing what you do or you can use ninjutsu to block it.

You cannot just avoid an attack, you have to block it.

the definition of block: to obstruct (someone or something) by placing obstacles in the way.

isn't the whole AVOIDING/DODGING with speed what got the flying thunder god technique banned.

Raikage Thunder Assault Armor is a Ninjutsu. therefore im effectively avoiding his attack with a ninjutsu. am i Wrong? No. so GTFO
