Yeah i know that, but in the recent attack Naruto used Standard Rasenshuriken that were infused with TB chakra (Lava, acid, ect.) My statement was that if he used the Ultra Rasenshuriken variants the damage done would be more catastrophic.

OP you've got me wrong they were Standard Rasenshuriken, but they had elements infused into them. But if Naruto were to do a bigger variant with the same elemets in them he would cause more damage.

I already know the meaning lol, a strategist is someone skilled in planning, sasuke's fight with danzo was all planning, besides, you cant use tactics without a strategy, they go hand in hand
