Yeah definitely a major overload.

It was this chapter where I first suspected something greater was up with BZ giving her orders and her obsession with absorbing chakra.

thats where i first thought BZ was more then Kaguyas will i think hes more like her intelligence or controlling her

I don't see how that was "Too much" for her to absorb.
She tanked the attack(Notice the torn sleeve and scratches) but i guess when the attack came in contact with her, It disrupted her chakra thus forcing her morph into a unstable Juubi....

So in my Theory im suggesting too much chakra hit her at that moment in her weakened state from so many dimension changes and her trying to abosrb it all caused her togo unstable and poof huge fluffy bunny juubi

She shouldn't be able to "overcharge" since she had much more chakra in the past than now(Currently she's missing tons of chakra...).
But i guess i'll agree with ur theory for now...

look at alot of the other mangas when an enemy takes in too much energy too fast they either pop or explode

To add one little note, perhaps it wasnt that she couldnt handle too much chakra that caused her to go berserk but the fact that the chakra she absorbed came from narutos "free beasts" and we all know bijuu chakra = part of bijuu, so my point is narutos bijuu-chakras were causing the disruption and trying to seperate from her. What do you think ^^

I think the Bijuu are getting released, they will probably go to Naruto and he will get another powerup. She will probably be sealed in the enxt 1 or 2 chapters. I hate to say this but it's a terrible ending, nothing was explained, the fights sucked and Kaguya had no cool attacks. Very anticlimactic and dissapointing.

It's basically the same idea as the tug of war on JJ Obito. She didn't absorb the chakra, but being hit by it made the bijuu inside her respond and try to escape through the open wound.

Kaguya pulled them back, but without her will (BZ) she lost control and became a new juubi.

I don't they are trying to escape as they are attacking Naruto and co. Map said that it just caused a transformation.

You should check out other translations. BZ actually says the Bijuu were telling each other to escape. The Bijuu aren't attacking Naruto, Kaguya the Juusagi is.
