sasuke's eyes isnt a manifestation of itachi's chakra. sasuke always had ms techs. sasuke physically has his eyes. it even transformed into an ems showing that its no longer itachi's ms.

The way I see it is that Obito's eyes are like keys. Kakashi unlocked PS with Obito's Eyes, but its impossible to know if Obito could have done it as well.

obito didnt have kamui snipe but when he got his eyes back he did it.

thats like saying shishui cant do anything that danzo did with his eye. its there eyes and anything someone does with there eye is transferred back to them i.e obito doing kamui snipe even though he never did.

The facts are that Obito doesn't have the feat cause he has never FEATured using it. Lets take Naruto and Kurama, it was Kurama's chakra that allowed Naruto to enter BM, but the things that Naruto in BM are his own feats.

You can't awaken Susanoo unless you are of uchiha chakra, that's why Obito have his soul/chakra to Kakashi for the time being.

Itachi's eyes didn't transform into EMS. Sasuke's eyes did because he was powered by Itachi's chakra.

Kakashi's normal eyes + Obito's MS = Combined eyes. Since kakashi's eyes are just normal crap, it looks like Obito's eyes.
Sasuke's MS eyes + Itachi's MS eyes = Combined eyes. Since they both have MS, the eye looks like a combination of both.
