After doing some research i have come up with a conclusion (Feel free to disagree with me as i hate chemistry class) here what Kirabi's Jutsu does to the body...

Kirabi actually move fast as the fourth hokage. which is by far faster than a sage. Also if ya read further it says...

By wrapping his body in a layer of Lightning chakra, the Raikage can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power.

If my memory serves me correctly When water and electricty comes together and a human is in contact with it wouldnt it hit the Nervous system? the skin is already prone to lightning being wrapped around it so lightning wouldnt do much to the skin but since the jutsu naturally affect the Nervous system and NEURAL SYNAPSES. the water would only speed it up.

then again this could all be disproven because it wasnt all part of his jutsu description. But we all know thats the original idea coming from it.

I don't agree with the jutsu's text. To simulate this genjutsu you need to use actual water. This water is something a person caught with this genjutsu will feel since he already hears and sees the rain. This is to enhance the effect and also make it more believable. I'm sorry, but if this jutsu works like that then this jutsu is "OUT OF DATE".

This is another reason why Customs need to be rechecked and retyped every time. You need to be very specific with genjutsus or they will always have a loophole.

Either way this water is just a little bit which is very small amount for the lightning armor to be zapped with since it's so hot it'll evaporate the water making the extra water chakra null and void anyways. His speed is increased and makes kirabi equal or faster than ali. The other genjutsu makes him forget how to form seals or do jutsus... Unfortuantly the jutsu for the armor is already on as stated and you did not take away his ability to fight hand to hand. The lightning punch or whatever hit you so hard it can kill you since he is using lightning chakra.

and the effect of being immensely wet is only simulated.

illusions are incapable of anything physical as they occur solely in the mind. not to mention this genjutsu's description is fail as it doesnt specify which sense it attacks.

It would cause a sudden increase in voltage of the armour and short-circuit it.

2.) nope im saying u and ali are interpreting it wrong, and dont be mistaken u all mighty mods are just regular people when u arent behind a desktop. u will never be seen as more right than anyone, the only reason u are called upon is so that u can go over the guidelines u create. goro has been wrong before he'd be a fool to deny it and so would u. insinuating that goro cant be wrong is probably the dumbest thing u can do. (not that i am saying he is wrong)

Does it say Suiton ? So Kishi is wrong, and it isn't a water technique ?
