Maybe you aren't reading the jutsu. It says it makes me THINK. I'm wet. I'm not Actually wet. maybe you need a definition of Think but this jutsu doesnt make me wet it makes my mind beilieve I'm wet. Genjustu stimulate the opponents senses causing them irrational feelings and fears
this illusion simulates being wet it says no where that it makes you wet as illusions can not inflict physical anything and the chakra is not water. if so this would be a water release and a genjutsu and it is only an illusion.

yeah the jutsu is an genjutsu which makes the opponent think he is in rain storm , water chakra which wets the opponent makes him think its raining so hard he cant use Lighting jutsu ..

It's a Genjutsu emp. if this were a ninjutsu yes I would be dead but luckily it's not. and my wikipedia mindset is correct. Simulating something takes a process of doing "something". That something is the water chakra which is making the opponent wet. The water chakra is used in conjuction with the genjutsu to make the opponent wet so if the person touches himself, genjutsus prey on the 5 senses including touch, he would feel the wetness from a "fake" rain storm.

everything aside .. even then i killed .. u cant get fo genjutsu S ranked that quick like u said .. than my water kage is REAL WATER O_O dont u agree .. that would kill u also !! ..
so my genjutsu works .. and even if ur minds gets it .. the other jutsu still work . .
