I think you have to touch them to Loss of Memory Technique
Because if you don't have to touch them it kinda makes that jutsu overpowerful just saying

this jutsu is Op thats why can be used 2 timies only , but always does the trick in 1 time .

I didn't removed Element category . I removed basic jutsu doing tech's , like cahkra manipulation hand seals ETc ..

and they all come in one category ( JUTSU's 0

so kirabi cannot use any jutsu .. well we shall wait for his reply ..

Sharingan user , uchiha's and Sage , kirabi is kage , gives me more speed than him id doing jutsu's NORMALLY .. so b4 he can pull his 1 jutsu i DID put him in genjutsu .

since he got in genjutsu he wont be able to use lighting due to the effects of genjutsu ..

and since his first jutsu WOULD hav completed
The water jutsu fried him with his own lighting charge ..

as they are my phyiscal clone they destroy your body with each blow. and each hit the same exact point on your body. one from in front and one from behind. the last punch cripples you even further and you become unable to move so your bones are broken due to being hit by 2 Raikages. and You are unable to move. i Come and pluck out your sharingan. and my Last Clone Caves in your face with a stomp to your head.

Note: The time frame of this is a total of 5 seconds (were moving at light speed) and your sharingan wont be able to track it.

2nd. Water Chakra isnt water and the Genjutsu just gives the sensation of feeling wet not actually being wet. Genjutsu are illusions not real. the water chakra just increases the wet feeling. so i caan use my techs safely.

3rd. it may be S-Ranked but my reflexes allow me to react to it quick enough so that by the time you get to me ive released it and gone on my way before you use your loss of memory.

1: i said my jutsu started when u were in half way .. thus water wont be eradicated .. ur jutsu only complted coz u started it already

2: Water chakra is Water =/ .. ur wrong
