Hagoromo never had any tomoed Rinnegan , creating the moon doesn't require it . Its casting Infinite Tsukuyomi who required coming close to the moon to awaken the third tomoed eye and then cast it , as proven in the manga and its something Hagoromo never did .

It is outright stated when you get close to the moon the eye opens. If the technique also requires the moon than obviously he had it.

Since Mangekyo techniques are copiable.. What are the limits to the copy ? I mean I've seen some are getting heated here announcing the last chapter proves Susano'o and Amaterasu arent needed to unlock Susano'o , yet nothing implies Kakashi didn't copy these two as he saw and encountered them too before... Plus how did he copy it ? Just by seeing it and moulding his chakra/humanoid as Sasuke's ? How can he do that ? As I dont recall Susano'o needs any hand seals , it's the only logical answer I could think of atm and it makes me wonder what are the limits to the copy technique.

MS are not copiable, no one showed to be able to copy a MS jutsus. Sasuke stated 2 MS allows you to use Susanoo back in the Kage summit arc. You also need to have the skill to use the jutsu that you are trying to copy so unless Kakashi had the skills/power to use PS then he couldn't copy it. This is why Kakashi have Lightning, earth, and water elements to copy jutsus of those elements because if he didn't have those chakra nature then he couldn't copy those jutsus. This is why Kakashi said he can't copy KKG, he doesn't have the ability to use KKG jutsus. You don't need Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi for Susanoo, only 2 MS as Sasuke says here
