If U noticed the panels, the chakra from Obito's remains latched on to Kakashi (Kinda like Dan's) and like Sage the Chakra granted its inherent power (For Naruto-RidokuSM Sasuke-Tomeoed Rinnegan and for Kakashi- Obito's own power ... or better yet like those two fodders in Early Shippuden had Kisame and Itachi's power after being iven 30% of their chakra) .... That Rin thing might just be a representation of the Mind's state/link: Remember Kakashi was camping with Sakumo swapping stories in Pain Arc and Sakumo suddenly said it was time for Kakashi to return like he had a realtime view of both worlds? Actually Obito never had both of his mangekyo on himself and it was stated that one has to master both powers to awaken the third.

Obito gave his chakra to kakashi just like sage to nardo and sasuke.
The eyes are no more then obitos chakra projection and its sorta like edo tensei shit.
With obitos chakra kakashi has stamina for PS
