Is Kamui the same speed as FTG?

Is Kamui instant like FTG? VariaBossX tells me Kamui is instant, like FTG. I find it hard to believe since Minato FTG'd away while he was being warped mid-Kamui, and Obito needed Kakashi to double his jumping speed when Jubi Madara was trying to prevent Obito from reviving Naruto inside Kamui, but apparently he knows better because he is a "2012 member" so idk XD

Kamui is fast, but not instant. Hence why Tobirama and Minato are considered Obito's counters (even though I doubt Tobirama would win).
