. Yes he got massacred. His PS Susanoo failed and he was owned by a wood bunshin feint. So many post wasted not discussing how Itachi doesn't die, and Madara doesn't receive the exact same treatment he did in canon. Pointless to respond until you say something noteworthy, or relevant, plausible counter.

He was barely standing on his feet and he actually needed a clone in order to confuse and BACKSTAB Madara.
By the way, the PS + Yata Mirror doesn't get stopped by anything.

OT:
Now, going back to the original fight between Madara and Hashirama - had Itachi been there, he would have killed Hashirama in the end with Amaterasu or Totsuka Blade.
Hashirama (barely) > Madara
Now, add Itachi with his visual prowess and the fight would have been in Madara's favor at least a little more, enough for Hashirama to die.

This is how itachi lives, he stays in the diamond (Pentagon if you wanna get technical) with madara uchiha, and with the scans I provided earlier, they eliminate Shinsuusenjuu's arms like madara did in canon, then they engage in CQC, in which madara and itachi wins

But isn't the Susanoo's chakra inabsorbable? I don't recall the Wood Dragon successfully sucking the PS's chakra. Plus, Kaguya didn't absorb Sasuke's Susanoo, despite getting hit by it and absorbing other techniques.

Yeah, after the latest chapter I got to thinking that Susanoo might not be absorbable. It can be broken open or bound though so its irrelevant in this match up.

Shinsuusenju pounds PS Kurama like it did in canon, and the Mokujin and Mokuryu that lie at the top of the statue rape Itachi's Susanoo. Mokujin overpowers it and Mokuryu absorbs it, then they turn him into road kill. Madara gets defeated like he did in canon.

Itachi will just hide and the fight will happen exactly the way it happened in the real fight between Hashirama and Madara.

Hasirama solo'd Madara with Kurama, when he wasn't trying to kill Madara, and was holding back through most of the fight.

Get it right, and read the manga properly.

the options itachi provides are just amazing... genjutsu is his specialty which hashirama has no feats of avoiding... then there's amaterasu which if hit ends hashirama, madara is enough to distract hashirama, itachi will kill him off with sneak attack...
