Weak is the wrong operative here... I think especially with the diedara fight Kishi was just trying to make it interesting... The other fights weren't just plot shield for him, they setup plot for other characters as we'll like finding out naruto was the nine tails and kabuto finding his place

Should've died but didn't. I don't know if you noticed, but Sasuke has huge reserves.

He's been an asset to this fight. He had no place where he was remotely close to death.

He wasn't out of chakra dope only Deidara thought he was cause he deactivated his Sharingan and asked for info on Itachi.....It's like you don't even read the manga :|

you know sasuke had orochimaru reserves right? besides, sasuke never said he was out of chakra.Also, sasuke underestimated deidara till the very end of that fight and caused the latter to kill himself out of disgrace....yup, he most really be weak
