Before reading please leave your fanboy views and delusional ideas at home. This isn't a bash or hate thread but a simple discussion for real Naruto fans.
If you've read the manga in detail then you should have seen a pattern with Sasuke. Looking back at his fights or encounters with a boss or opponent makes you wonder how did he really win ?
The pattern that is observed is very clear. Sasuke has continuously ran out of Chakra during his fights and has been saved by an unusually strong plot shield. The current Sasuke fighting against Kaguya is still running out of Chakra and is still unable to use his "full power" for a sustained amount of time.
Kishimoto has seemingly made Sasuke appear to be very weak since he can't use his "powers" too much or he runs out of Chakra. The perception that Kishimoto has given is that Sasuke is indeed very limited in what he can do before he needs help.

Haku
Sasuke ran out of Chakra very early in the fight and the plot saved him from a certain death.
Deidara
Sasuke was out of chakra and should have easily lost towards the end. The plot shield allowed Sasuke to summon Manda which should not have been possible. Sasuke should not have been able to use his eyes as well due to his lack of Chakra.
Danzo
Sasuke should have died during Danzo's Izanagi spam or at the very least should have been out of Chakra.
Madara
Sasuke should have died, but was again saved by the plot shield.
Kaguya
Sasuke has ran out of Chakra several times after using his "special" eye a few times. The plot shield has kept him alive.
