There is nothing in the manga but that page that was previously posted with Madara's flashback when he is telling Sasuke about Itachi really looked like there were some females in the mix when I saw it in this weeks anime..

i think that since a clan is a family they cant bone each other or it would be incest and cause problems that only one parent can have a sharingan for example if a male member wants to be married they have to with someone outside of the clan and if its a chick vis versa so since its proven his dad has a sharingan i dont think his mom does and theres nothing in the manga that says her eyes are on there

there are or should i say where woman in the clan with sharingan one of the chapters when tobi is talking to saskue they show a big group of uchia and there are woman there, also in the newest episode of the anime they show woman with sharingan

Guys... Yes, plenty of Uchiha women have the sharigan! Every member of the Uchiha clan has the potential to awaken the sharingan, therefore any uchiha, male or female, who becomes a shinobi will awaken the sharingan. Have u forgotten Sasuke's Mom??? Mikoto Uchiha (im pretty sure thats her name) was a hidden leaf Jounin and yes she was a biological uchiha and possessed the Sharingan (being a jounin), meaning that sasukes parents were interbreeding and that they were probably distant cousins (since the Uchiha clan is VERY large, so large that they had an entire section of the village for themselves). I pretty sure interbreeding (not incest) was done by distant relatives not only because they were segregated from the rest of the village (as stated by madara) but to strengthen the Uchiha "gene" in some way.

because u only see about 4 uchiha use sharingan...
obito madara itachi sasuke... the others u never see activate and the only other ones spoken about are izuna and shisui...

only men have been seen using toad summons... does that mean only men can do it? only men have been seen doing rasengan.... does that mean only men can do it?

i mean hinata has byakugan in the hyuuga family so why wouldn't it be plausible for female uchiha to have sharingan... just cos u haven't seen it... that's not proof... it's lack of proof.

No, i know that Sasuke's Mom isn't a biological Uchiha. She married into the Uchiha clan and she got the name Uchiha. She didn't have the Sharingan!

While she was alive, she seemed to like Sasuke better where her husband seemed to prefer Itachi. She was a very good mother, seeing as how Sasuke was able to talk to her better than his father. At one point, in order to cheer Sasuke up, she says that when she and Fugaku are alone Sasuke is all he talks about. Although she was Itachi's mother, she did have some suspicion about Itachi and knew that something was up. She was found dead with her husband during the Uchiha Clan Massacre, killed by Itachi.
