odd character choice mathy. i see you as more of a Ryuken ishida type character.
means he can use chakra chains as shown by karin and the oh so fabulous mama uzumaki. also he can submit S rank fuin after 3 months and forbidden rank after 6 which i'm sure he may do if he stuck around or came back in a few months.

Because of archery? I always though about it but that bio was very overrated at the time. And I've never had a kid/early-teen biography so I wanted to try something new.
