Alright so ive been thinking for a couple of days if I should get into One Piece sounds stupid I know but I hear alot of people talking about parts that are pointless to watch now I have watched it before but never really got into it so around what episode should I start back at ive basically seen the entire gang come together and such and thats about it so where should I start

I've also started watching OP a few weeks ago, I'm currently at episode 89, and honestly, I'd rate it 7/10 up to now. There are barely any exciting moments, it's just a bunch of pirates cruising from one place to another. If you wanna give it a try, start from episode 50+ , It gets quite good during the loguetown episodes. I'm still gonna keep watching though, If I don't find myself entertained by episode 200, I'm gonna stop.

you really should start at 1.
just skip the fillers. google it. tbh i skipped chopper's arc. find it boring as hell. and after arlong i skipped here and there. till i reach alabasta. i even still skipped some in the frst parts of alabasta arc.
just skip any arc if you find it boring =) thatll help. but when you reach water 7 everything is way better until recent

U say u have basically seen the whole gang come together, if that's the case u should have seen till somewhere around episode 350 but I think that's obviously not the case, watch till after Arabasta if u don't like then just drop it.

Read it, honestly. You could read a 100 chapters in a couple hours, and if you don't like what you've read, don't watch it.. if you do like what you read.. watch it.

Start at ep 1. It gets good around ep 23-25. From there on, it's epic all throughout. Make sure you check the filler thread so you know what to skip.
I won't spoil, but trust me when I say, the foreshadowing and what seems like insignificant details in One Piece WILL be apparent far later in the series (im talking +300 episodes later).
But if you honestly wanted to skip a bit, because One Piece is VERY slow and VERY long, I'd start at the Albasta Arc (which is episode 92).
