背景情報|Background Info History :Long before Netero's demise, Pariston has already attempted to take over the Otogakure Association. Pariston was Vice-Chairman for 3 years and during this time, 18 Ninja's mysteriously disappeared. Pariston Hill is a Triple Star Ninja and a former Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Otogakure Association. He is also has codename “Rat.” Pariston is more of a Politician, then a Ninja, but his abilty to comprehend people's mind, and influence them to his advantage is highly remarkable. He is crafty, manipulative, and self-confident person. Pariston is mysterious, and hard to decipher, and shouldn't be easily messed with. His goal is to become Chairman of the Otogakure Association, and rumor has it that Pariston and the members of his faction are trying to win the next Otogakure Chairman Election by only giving jobs to the Ninja's who agree to vote for him. There is no evidence of this though. There is no clue of what his true goal, or true purpose is, but he makes sure things go his way.
