I've argued this point over and over again. It doesn't matter what he was referring to, Obito is Obito is Obito is Obito, there is no such thing as "Kid Obito" stop spewing that fanfiction... just because he shares the same dream, that does not warrant Naruto admiring/idolizing Obito, considering he is a mass murderer and psychopath [like all other Uchihas]

not sure what that curse seal did... it seems more like a way to prevent suicide than ''controlling'' wasnt gone into detail.

Yes, forgiveness is fine to a certain extent, not forgiving someone like "Pein" who killed the closest thing you had as a father, and then the whole obito throwing the world in chaos.... And then you feel so damn emotionally attached to obito to the point u call him "a cool guy" get so offended that someone talks bad about him, and then u find some random, deeply brought up, emotional power from him dying and you chop off the mother of all creation arm off LOL, plot much? yeah, he felt so deeply for obito in such a short amount of time. sigh, ridiculous character.

I kinda felt sorry for Obito as well some of the Akatsuki that died, I mean half of them were in it because they had no family left and no home. Obito is an Uchiha love is very important to the clan members although it's a tough ninja world and Naruto sheds his tears because he imagines their pain because of the curse ninja world they live in, what was going on before that it's not like things were better there were three great ninja wars, the third one is the reason why all of this is happening, end the cycle of hatred

a cool guy is from ch 8 when kakashi says obitos words after the bell test. that was narutos reply. its interesting kakashi reminded them of that test a few chaps ago and now obitos there to protect them
how many shinobi have created orphans? now the villages are united bc of obitos pain and narutos guidance.

Look he doesn't idolize someone who's harmed his own friends/family and pained many people. That some one died a while back and he wasn't who obito really is. Naruto idolizes obito uchiha and not the guy that madara manipulated and brought to the dark side. Can't you all see this. Yes its the same person but that person had his hopes crushed and he suffered to the hands of madara and what choice did he have but to give in and fall into madara's hands. That is not who naruto idolizes. Naruto idolizes obito uchiha the real one not the man behind the mask the one who couldn't hurt a fly the one who helped elderly the one who was kind to the heart

Wtf are you talking about? Obito never even thought about trying to commit suicide. He wanted to go back to Konoha straight away after waking up with Madara to go fight with his "comrades". The curse seal was very clearly explained to control Obito, not to prevent him from committing suicide.

He was just owing credence to the Hokage position. The same one the helped him achieve alot. Please could you just forget about Obito for a little bit.
It seems you are too focused on him that's why you are still not getting it.
It does matter, if he is talking about a particular mindset. BZ described Obito as worthless because he became good, Naruto stood up for that. He didn't idolize Obito, he idolizes everyone that share his same dream. Again for the umpth time the Hokage word was there.
The only fanfiction here is the crazy interpretations of Naruto forgiving everything Obito has done, because he said he was an awesome guy. Saying that he forgave Obito is your own problem, Naruto factually never stated that, in regards to Obito he only said that he couldn't forgive him and he should take his punishment back when he talked with Obito as Juubi jin.
Well whatever, looking at the surface of everything is easier for the simple minded I suppose.

Yeah, like I said, I have nothing against obito he is a boss. Im just trying to understand naruto's character. It seems like he is one of the few very unrealistic characters in the series. I think a lot of the shit that has happened with for example, peins story, he had justification and many others...
