From what we know Sasuke tattoo doesn't hold his powers...probably doesn't even have one.
Naruto on the other hand (lol) however does.

Sasuke s/t looks like its mid-short range, naruto might not know the range but if he keeps a far range(which he probably will) he has no problem

That mean Naruto choose to using long range attack method here like throwing TBBfrs.

But Sasuke have other way to teleport naruto to him, remember in chapter 684 after Naruto punch Kaguya and then Sasuke using his teleportation technique to teleport Kaguya in front of his sealing hand and also naruto, before Kaguya change a dimension again.

This can be use to teleport Naruto near sasuke and sasuke will chidori him.

Like what he dose to Rikudou Madara where he swap his sword to Madara and stab him instantly

Narutos shown increased sensing, reflexes and speed since then to the point that he can now dodge kaguya and her space-time techniques. It's quite possible that naruto could either dodge or grab the sword before it damages him.

On that note sasukes sword is a lesser version of oros kusanagi blade - said to pierce anything. Yet we know that kusanagi couldn't go through the kyuubis chakra cloak. In addition SM naruto broke kunai with his bare palm during the pain arc showing just how durable his skin is when in SM. With the ridukos SM and tail beasts cloak on it's quite possible sasukes blade won't even pierce his skin.

Sasuke does not have this ability to swap objects into people.
