OK we all know one of Sasuke S/T abilities is able to swap any object he desire to use like sword and target directly to his opponent instantly.

Like what he dose to Rikudou Madara where he swap his sword to Madara and stab him instantly

How Naruto are able to defend himself from the sword that stabbing him instantly.

OT: Like many retards Sasuke and Naruto won't spam these OP jutsu's and stuff, they will remain classic and fight hand to hand if they do fight.

I doubt they will because they are OP and the battles would just be DBZ flying throwing ki blasts with teleporting, etc.

Sasuke s/t looks like its mid-short range, naruto might not know the range but if he keeps a far range(which he probably will) he has no problem
