That's another thing people keep forgetting. Sasuke's feats were never about the numbers, but on what he was able to do with them. He doesn't need continuous upgrades to be strong, he's actually very skilled.

Naruto isn't combining their chakra into one attack. He's using their chakra separately, something he has done before. Naruto's shunshin can't be faster than Sasuke's teleportation, which allows Sasuke to move instantly. Same with Sasuke, this is definitely not as far as he can go. That Rinnegan opens up when you unlock power close to Hagaromo/Kaguya. If you think his power stops at teleportation, I can assure you right now that you're wrong.

Naruto speed is or should be on par with Sasuke's teleportation or a little slower teleportation is instant Naruto just don't have to pause on foot speed like Sasuke with his teleportation which makes Naruto's striking speed faster than Sasuke's and makes him seem faster.

Another point I don't think you can combine tailed beasts powers that's why he's using their chakra separately and at different times.

Only certain logic. However black stays black, blue stays blue, tall still means tall, short doesn't mean tall. Teleportation still mean teleportation, running still means running, running does not mean flying

Ugh no. Your logic is simply piss poor. Kaguya dodged Sasuke's attack, because while his teleportation is instant, his actual attack is not. It's the same reason why Madara(before becoming the Juubi's jin) dodged Tobirama's FTG slash from behind, and Madara reacted to Minato's FTG attack. Does that mean that pre jin madara is faster than the FTG? No it doesn't. All the last chapter proved was that Naruto's footspeed and attack speed is far greater than Sasuke's, but it's impossible for him to be faster than instant teleportation.

You seem to be mixing up striking speed and foot speed.. The reason Naruto managed to hit her was because of his striking speed. Sasuke wasn't able to hit her because of the dimension that he attacked in due to the gravity. His movement was slowed down, unlike Naruto's. You can't move faster than instant, it's impossible.

Oh and Naruto has had a tailed beast that he was able to control before inside of him. He's only shown two new feats, healing and TSB.
