Tobi was having an off day, he had been laying nearby the trees and a bird had managed to shit on him as it flew by. The poop had managed land in the one spot, in the only open hole in his mask. Such bad luck. Now Tobi was left with an eye drenched in bird feces, he cleaned it off with his Akatsuki robe. But now he wanted a new eye because this one was tainted, if only he could find an Uchiha.
He walked and walked and eventually found a silver-haired man walking by the plains. From the looks of it he appeared to be a Konoha shinobi and looked awfully similar to his former friend in the past..

Upon activating his sharingan, Tobi looked into the eyes of his opponent casting a genjutsu by disturbing his chakra flow. The genjutsu would be pretty simple, Kakashi would see his death flash in front of his eyes which would paralyze him unable to make any movements with his body. But that wouldn't be it for him, as he'd be left defenseless, Tobi would immediately focus wind chakra into 2 kunai and swing them towards Kakashi, aiming to kill by piercing his heart.

This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.

Kakashi was having a swell time reading his perverted book with his headband over his sharingan when he came across the strange looking man cleaning bird droppings off his mask.
“Hey are you alr-“
Kakashi noticed the red flash of an eye and immediately he viewed his death; however, traumatizing as it was Kakashi realized he could not hear any sounds nor smell the blood from his viewed death and realized this was a genjutsu as it was rather a vision but still left him alive. He also noticed this followed immediately after the eye contact with the opponents sharingan. To break out of it Kakashi expelled armor throughout his entire body so that the surge would break him out of the genjutsu. This armor would also protect him from the wind infused Kunai. He then discarded his armor then activated his sharingan by lifting his headband revealing the one tomoe mark. It wasn’t as impressive as the opponents sharingan but it definitely would be more helpful then not having anything at all.

Tobi or his other persona, Obito saw Kakashi's futile attempt to break out of the Genjutsu. He formed an earth armour, hoping that the surge of chakra would release him from the illusion but it was too strong for that. Obito wanted that eye back that Kakashi hid behind his headband. Unable to break free from the genjutsu and covered in an earth armour, Obito decided the best approach was to attack with a lighting-based attack. Quickly, Obito performed the Snake handseal and emitted a lighting spear from his right hand, he carefully aims it towards Kakashi's heart and then stretches his hand and then forward to release the spear. The spear would pierce through the armour and cut through the flesh and reach its destination, the heart. The spear would pierce through his heart, killing him on the spot.

Obito would walk towards the corpse of his former friend and teammate, he would see the lifeless body of Kakashi and get a bit emotional inside. But no emotion was shown from him on the outside. He created a clone to carry the body towards his secret lair to implant the sharingan which rightfully belonged to him.

Unable to move and backed to a corner Kakashi bit off his tongue whilst not channeling chakra into his armor causing it to deactivate. Out of the genjutsu Kakashi performed his famed Raikiri without handseals stopping the fast moving bolt. He then took this time to lift his headband activating his 1t sharingan.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.

Obito who is able to perceive and see the chakra flow of Kakashi, notices that his chakra flow is no longer disturbed. "Finally managed out of that Genjutsu.." thought Obito to himself. It appeared to be that Kakashi had bit his tongue off as blood was leaking from the corner of his mouth. And his lighting attack was soon countered too, but Obito doesn't back down to put up some more mental games. Kakashi hadn't diverted his eyes off of Obito's and was about to feel the pain, once again.

Both legs and arms are now under the grasp of the earth arms, Obito manipulates the arms to crush the limbs being held in the arms. The pain from the crushing would break him out of the genjutsu but unable to move any of his legs or arms as they had been squashed.

Quoting this . Nice move except I have a problem with the way you used your genjutsu. Genjutsu is jutsu effected the five senses sight, smell, hearing, touch, taste. You made a jutsu to take away reasoning which is not really a sense but a mental capability. If it were to be used like that no one would be able to reason they are in a genjutsu no matter teir level of expertise but will reply anyway.
(Suddenly unable to reason like he normally does Kakashi begins to become paralyzed in doubt. Seeing his chakra flow disturbed Kakashi could see that his normal mental capabilities were hindered by jutsu connected to sight of the sharingan yet again. Kakashi then caused his eyes to glow a bright light at which point due to the eye contact bolts would be shot through the optical illusion (but traceable). Holding your gaze on Kakashi would certainly blind you.)

Seeing the wind attack come toward him Kakashi turned his entire body into water allowing the wind to cut through him. Without damage, reforming his body Kakashi blew out a thick mist blocking the eye sight of him however Kakshi could see the users chakra apart from that of the mist unlike Tobi who could not differentiate the chakra. Kakashi then through a kunai in his direction.

As soon as Obito would see his opponent's chakra being focused into most of his body which in turn would turn his body into water. Obito would perform 4 handseals and then quickly slam his hand onto the ground to release massive amounts of lighting underneath his opponent. The lighting would form into giant columns and shock anything above and near them but since his opponent is basically water. It would have a greater impact and damage on him.
